Last Saturday, Paul and I went to Shangrila Plaza Mall to buy some Rustan’s Gift Check that Paul will need for the Wedding of his best friend. Instead of thinking of anything, we just came up with a Gift Check.  Afterwards, we headed to SM Megamall, because I wanted to buy a Maybelline Eye Liner and any beauty stuff. Paul kept teasing me that I am nagdadalaga na because ever since he met me, I am not into cosmetics. Aside from the loose powder such as Johnsons & Johnsons, which is very enough for me I did not put anything to my sensitive skin, because I am afraid that I might have breakouts.

Let us go now to our dining experience in Tokyo Café. We have already eaten at Tokyo Café at their SM North Edsa Branch years ago, and from that dine in experienced I must say that their food was great. Tokyo Café is not a Japanese Restaurant; you cannot find teriyaki or sushi on their menus. Well, they have a Japanese name but their foods are of Western side - Pasta, Burger, Pizza, Burger Steak and many more.

The ambiance was so relaxing. The staffs were so friendly and approachable. They always made sure that we were having fun. Well, that night I have all I wanted –a good service, a good food, a good ambiance, a comfortable chair, a good dining experience.

Here are there colorful menus. Here what you see is what you get. They are so yummy and delicious food, a reasonable price for a good food.

Below were the foods and drinks that we ordered:
Carbonara – Creamy pasta with mozzarella cheese, bacon, & mushroom (Php 225)

Seafood Mix Fry – Breaded Fish, Shrimp and Squid fried until golden brown, served with tartar sauce and potato salad (Php 298)

Garlic Cream Hamburg – Juice beef burger patty topped with creamy garlic sauce (Php 205)

Peach Mango Caramel – Peach, mango slices, whipped cream, and mango ice cream drizzled with caramel sauce (Php 95)

Strawberry Orange – Strawberry shake with a striking orange citrus (Php 128)

Caramel Smogee – A rich creamy mixture of caramel & espresso based (Php 129)
Those foods made our day! Oooops, I also forgot to mention that I left my cell phone on there. Clumsiness! Good thing was the staff who attended us was honest enough to give back my cell phone. Super Thanks!

Always be HAPPY.

I was craving for seafood’s since last week, and Dampa is the best place to eat freshly cooked and served seafood. They were so yummy and delightful cuisines that really made us satisfied that night. There was nothing more to ask for that day - a good food to pig out! Moreover, I have also captured some interior design of the Trinity Restaurant. It has been my second visit to them. Their service was great; the staffs were friendly and always made sure that we will have a great dining experience.

Nowadays, vouchers are in! So many sites offer discount on everything, from food to travel and from fashion to beauty and many more. Ensogo is one of them and I am one of those people that are greedy for savings. Well, if I can save on something I am the first one to grab that thing. Ha-ha.

Since this is a food blog, let’s talk about my first deal in Ensogo, a Sabrett Hotdog voucher for 50% off the discount, from the price of Php200 down to Php100 which for me a very good deal. I do not know what Sabrett Hotdog is until that purchased.
Paul and I went to Edsa Shangrila last weekend to claim the voucher. The Sabrett Hotdog is located on Fourth Level of Shangrila, it is a small food cart, but they have a lot of customers.

By the way, what is Sabrett? Sabrett®, New York's No.1 Hot Dog, renowned for the famous snap! Of their natural casing, all-beef frankfurters. Every Sabrett hot dog is always fresh and bursting with flavor, because Sabrett has been committed to the outstanding quality of its products and the ultimate satisfaction of customers for over half a century.

Sabrett Hotdog's Stall

Jumbo Spicy Sabrett Hotdog for only Php85.

Their hotdogs are not that costly compared to others. I have two vouchers, which equals to Php400 worth of Sabrett Hotdogs products. I just ordered four pieces of Spicy Jumbo Sabrett Hotdog for take home. Aside from that, one Sabrett hotdog can fulfill your hungry tummy.

Happy Eating. 

It has been a long time ago since I have visited the SM North EDSA. It is because of my laziness of walking, because gaining weight means getting tired even if it is just a short walk. Yesterday, we went to SM North EDSA Annex to do some job haunt, a job fair held by the U.S Embassy. I am not looking for a new job right now but then I am open to a new opportunity that might boost my career growth.

We headed to the job fair event at the 4th floor of SM Annex, upon passing to the elevator I saw this AMICI Restaurant that even I am full that time, I still have enough space for their gelato. I missed AMICI as much as I missed their gelatos. After we have submitted, the resume to the certain company that I think would give us a good standing in an IT World and a decent salary that can buy all our rants in our lives, we headed to AMICI.

At first, I thought they were a self-service restaurant same with AMICI SM Megamall Branch, but then my thought was wrong. We have pampered with the servers, approached us at our table, give us the menu and get our orders and after 10-15 minutes of waiting, voila! Our orders keep coming. Ha-ha.

Spinach Fusilli Montanara (Php 225) –  Homemade fresh pasta with sauce made with Italian Sausages

Chocolate Sansrival (Php 70)

Sansrival (Php 70)

These were the foods what we have ordered. As I have said a while ago, we were full, we were just visiting AMICI to have some gelato, and I missed their pasta that took me for almost one hour to finish.

I will be one of their loyal customers. I love the gelato and their pasta.

Till Next Time,

Its weekend, a time to unwind and unleashed the chaotic workload. Aside from that, it is my birthday week. Loaded of fun and enjoy moments with my family, loved ones, friends, and with Paul. Another year of making the best moment of my life where when I grow old, older and oldest, I have a memories worth to cherish and to reminisce with the people I am with. It is also the best memories that I wanted to share to everyone, to laugh with, to cry with, and even to be criticize. Life is the best blessing I ever had, that is why I am enjoying every second of it. Well, I am just living my life to the fullest!

Enough of the talking, Paul and I went to TRINOMA to have some coffee. Well technically, what we ordered was not a coffee drinks. We just love the Sunrise ICE BLENDED® Drink of the Coffee Bean and The Tea Leaf. It always awakens our taste buds from its creamy perfection created from the orange juice and vanilla blended together. Aside from that, the comfy ambiance Coffee Bean and the Tea Leaf serves to us is spectacular as always that keeps us coming back. Oh well, their service is always consistent whichever branch we visit.

This was the photo of their Trinoma Branch ceiling it is awesome. Whenever I look at them, I feel relaxed and sleepy, it is always the best place to chill after mall hopping and shopping.

What we have ordered?

Sunrise ICE BLENDED® Drink

Moreover, I love their cheesecakes. They are fluffy and sumptuous and they are not that sweet.

Toblerone Cheesecake
Another day has passed and yet another memory has been capture.
Fun. Love. Happy. Beautiful.

Ate Pi spent 5 days getaway vacation in Italy. It is also a dream vacation for me, because I wanted to visit Vatican and to see Pope and blessed by Him. Ate Pi is one of the lucky people who visited the Vatican City and other beautiful cities in Italy. I am still hoping that one day I am able to pay a visit there.

I did not miss to remind her that I wanted a rosary as her pasalubong to me, which she did not fail to give. I love the rosary. Red. Scented. Beautiful. Awesome. I just love the way it is because of God Jesus.

This rosary is scented. I love it!

These chocolates are a plus. I love this not that sweet chocolate, I did not get satiated of its taste, and I just wanted more.

There are so much more of good and bad things Italy have. Thanks Ate Pi for these pretty and sweet-y pasalubong for us and for the exciting stories you have shared on your Italy escapade.

It has been a while since I last visited a restaurant for comfort foods. I have been on a go-for-slim routine for this summer that is why I neglect to eat yummy foods and sweets and I just ate cereals, fruits, and vegetables, which made me sick! Since March 15 was my birthday, this day, oh not that really an exempted with eating but then a day to eat foods that will give justice to my birthday.

Paul, Ate Pi, and I, after we watched the My MYX Awards Night at Music Museum (which I will be posted on coming days), we ate at Teriyaki Boy, Promenade Greenhills. This was also to celebrate my day! Once again, a HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Ha-ha.

Here are the foods that we have ordered.

My day and night have filled of so much fun and joy. Seeing many celebrities was a plus and meeting new people was awesome. To those who greeted me via text and facebook, thank you so much! You made my day extra special. Thanks God for the blessings and for showering me so much love. 

By the way, Teriyaki Boy has the coolest Gen Mai Twisters that will surely give total refreshment!

I got the below sticky goodies from my friend and officemate who has been in Beijing, China to spend a vacation for 5 days I think. A lucky person and a certified viajera that already travelled most part of the Philippines, Asia and the world.

These yummy sultry goodies were taste like a sticky rice cake or tikoy but with a twist. It has a different flavour as a spread at the centre of it that made me crave, look and ask for more. Ha-ha. Antakaw ko talaga!

By the way, I’m back from hiatus because of my laziness. Maybe because March is my birthday month and I just wanted to be pampered. To be treated like a princess and all that surrounds me are my servants. But then, I am not that bratty to be bad to others. Before my entry ends here, i wanted to say to myself a HAPPY BIRTHDAY and a BLESSED LIFE for me. Thanks God for shedding the light of the right path of goodness, happiness and love.
