Mann Yann is a favorite among many for its delicious and reasonably priced Chinese food.

Hot Tea. This is served before serving the dishes ordered, drinking tea during meals for good health or for the simple pleasure. I love drinking tea because of its health benefits even though it has a slightly bitter taste.

Misua Soup. I love soup as much as I love tea. Mann Yann misua soup with meatballs was delicious. Perfect for the rainy season.

Yang Chow. A popular Chinese wok fried dish in many Chinese Restaurants. This fried rice is a  staple among the Chinese fried rice dishes and the ingredients vary, but there are staple items such as hot-cooked rice (preferably day old because freshly cooked rice is too sticky), barbecued pork, cooked shrimp, scallions - chopped including green ends, egg yolks, peas, and carrots. I can also eat yang chow alone it is a combination of "kanin at ulam" in one dish.

Lechon Macau. Its name itself defines it all, one of the best-sellers in Mann Yann. I love how crispy the lechon that I have eaten them without any sauce.

Spicy Squid
. Wow, seafood! I love it dipped in "bagoong." Yummy and tasty!

Brocolli with Garlic. Green-leafy vegetable that also good for our health. Broccoli is one of the healthiest veggies in the produce department, plus it has a great taste. Another Mann Yann cuisine that is crisp tender with nutritional package vegetable.

Fruit Salad. I love fruits! Mann Yann fruit salad was a perfect dessert to end your comfort eating.
I love Mann Yann Restaurant the foods are delish at a very affordable price. The service is so slow, so it needs an improvement. I also suggest that they serve the soup first before anything else or after the drinks served. Need to widen their restaurant in order to accommodate more people. I will still recommend Mann Yann to my friends whenever they crave for Chinese foods.

Till next time,

Yay, another weekend getaway happened last weekend. My teammates decided to have team summer outing aside from the company’s outing. I know it is raining over the weekend because of typhoon Egay, but that matter did not stop us to have fun and enjoy each other’s company. The team decided to rent private resort in Pansol, Laguna. The water there was hot, so pouring rains were not a setback for us.

On the other hand, here were the foods that we ate during dinner.

Boss' specialty that she prepared on site, this Garden Salad, composed of cucumber, lettuce, corn, tomato, cheese, and tuna with Caesar Salad Dressing toppings was plentiful. I love Garden Salad, so this one was brazen enough for my diet.

Pork Liempo, which also prepared on site by one of my teammates, was yummy. Well I guess the pork that marinated overnight did the verdict. The liempo’s meat was delicious and tender. On the picture, it looks like overcooked, but I can assure that this was just well done and does not make any bitter taste.

Sisig, I cannot remember where my office mate did purchased this because it was not that good on my taste bud maybe because I wanted the sizzling sisig with egg on top.

In addition, this chicken was from Chooks To Go, and innovation from Bounty Fresh. I just simply love how tasty the chicken meat even though without sauce or gravy. Oh my, the corny TV Ad of Chooks To Go playing on my mind right now. Napakapakasaraaaap!

These were the foods for the dinner. I even ate with my bare hands. I always love the idea of living in the suburban places where living is just ordinary and happy memories where worth remembering.

Last weekend, I was in Pansol for our team last hooray for summer. We have rented a private pool in Solemar del Pansol, Calamba, Laguna. Another weekend that is full of laughter where I can witness everybody’s have FUN and enjoys the moment.

Oh well, since I always reserved foods moments for my food blog bubblyfluffy, I will be posting a delicacy from Laguna. I know you have heard too much of Buko Pie, so I will not posting that one, my entry is all about the Buko Tart.

The super yummy and fluffy Buko Tart are one of a kind delicacy from Laguna. I love the sweetened top and coconut meat in the middle of it. The taste is awesome. I regret that I only bought one box, which contains nine pieces of Buko Tart. For now, let the pictures do the talking.

By the way, I bought one box of  Buko Tart from Colettes for only Php 150.00 located in Total Gasoline Station, SLEX.

It's raining so I am in my bed most of the time of the day.

I am an internet savvy! One of the things that I do not want to live without is the internet. It has been a friend and a pleasure for me; I would rather say the other half that knows what I need. Aside from facebook-ing and chatting, that keeps me updated from my friends and loved ones from different parts of the metro and around the globe. It is an easy access to the knowledge that I am craving and for gossiping every little nothings. It is good medium for everybody to interacts with others and be knowledgeable. Oh well, since it is school time again, you do not have to bring those bulky encyclopedia in school, what you have to do is to open the computer, connect to the internet, surf, search and print, gotcha! Assignment is done and ready to pass.

However, not just having an internet connection is enough for me especially that I am living in past-faced environment, which I have to cope up with everything. Good thing there is a PLDT myDSL Internet to Sawa that has a speed of up to 5 Mpbs, what a blast, the transformation of the loading of the page browser that eats too much time and takes ages loading the page turned into a seconds. In addition, transferring image, files, and documents thru online is not a hindrance for having this speed connection that I always do due to work.

Slowness of the internet connection means that it takes time to complete the task, meaning I will be unproductive. That’s why, having a bad connection is a very NO-NO for me! I can easily pissed off with that which always resulted of complaining on the service that they provided and most of the time resent the customer service representative who answers my call.

I has been in White Rock Beach Resort at Zambales last weekend for our Company Outing. At first, I thought that this was a good place to have a decent food blog entry, but I was disappointed when I saw our food stub, uh-oh, my… we were not having a buffet, which was the usual setup of our company’s outing but instead, a set of meal that composed of soup, meat and vegetables. That time, I remembered my student life where I always have my student meals at the nearest carinderia in the university.

These foods served to us:

don't know the name of this Pork Cuisine | Chopsuey

Pinakbet | Pork Steak | Lomi Soup | Macaroons for dessert

Fruits - Mango and Watermelon
The foods served were all Filipino dishes which I found so home-y since we were in the province. The food was good, the vegetable was so delish and tasteful, but I was disappointed the way it served to us. However, I am looking forward to visit the place and enjoy the vicinity with my family soon.  Therefore, for now, I will leave you some photos to foresee how good the place was.
