Have a refreshing juice to drink and sip this summer with Hurom Slow Juicer.
Faster isn’t always better. In our fast-paced world, it also pays to be slow—yet sure.

Such is the promise of Hurom Slow Juicer, a new juicer that is now available in the Philippines. This product couldn’t have come in at a better time because the advantages of using it are as fun as the bursting colors of the season. So whether you’ve decided to pamper yourself with a luxurious R&R or a simple staycation, rest assured that you will be revitalized with refreshing drinks this summer with the Hurom Slow Juicer.
What makes it special is that it is not a typical blender nor is it a standard juicer. The Hurom Slow Juicer is the perfect combination of innovative technology and advanced engineering that offers you nature’s taste and nutrition. Simply cut your fruits and vegetables into smaller pieces, turn on the machine, and insert the ingredients into the inlet. In just a few seconds, you will see the juice and drags coming out in separate outlets.

Get sweet fruits like mango, melon, pineapple, grape, apple, and strawberry, or opt for citrus fruits such as orange, kiwi, pomegranate, and grapefruit. For those who love vegetables, toss in your celery, tomato, kale, carrot and corn, potato, even adding other healthy varieties like soybeans, bean-curd, walnut, or add that spicy kick of paprika. Whatever your cultured taste buds enjoy, the Hurom Slow Juicer’s improved GE ULTEM strainer can make both coarse and fine juice according to your preference.

Unlike the traditional juicer that crushes the ingredients by grinding these ingredients at high speed, the Hurom Slow Juicer gently squeezes and extracts them by low speed. This distinct low speed extraction results in more amounts of juice and extremely dry and less pulp. It also protects all the ingredients’ original quality that you can actually see and taste with vitamins, minerals, and nutritious enzymes. Why choose commercially manufactured fruit juices which are full of artificial flavoring when you can have 100% all-natural juice from the freshest and finest ingredients? Hurom Slow Juicer guarantees all these with its low-noise operation. Plus, cleaning is a breeze because it has a built-in spinning brush that cleans itself automatically with water.

So despite the scorching heat of the sun, one can sit back and indulge in pouring fresher, richer, and more nutritious juices in every glass with the Hurom Slow Juicer. It’s convenient, flexible, economical, and timesaving. It’s worth every penny and it’s worth the wait.

And here’s Fresh Pear that would rejuvenate your energy on this supah-hotta-summer!
3 Pears
½ Long Cucumbers
Small Bunch Fresh Mint

There are many juices like that of a cucumber to quench your thirst, and combined with pear and the mint too. (yummy!)

Beta Carotene, Folic Acid, Vitamin C, Calcium, Magnesium, Phosporous, Potassium, Sodium and Sulphur.

Cheers to the healthy and fun way of enjoying your juice! Yours truly was invited earlier (10:30am) at the Bo’s Coffee bloggers Meet-up in the Bo’s Coffee branch at the 4th level of SM Annex North Edsa. It was an intimate meet-up because there were only 5-6 bloggers per session so that all questions and inquiries are being accommodated.
Bo’s Coffee at the 4th level of SM Annex North Edsa
Bo’s Coffee was first opened as a six-table kiosk in Cebu City in 1996. It was Mr. Benitez’s passion to bring world-class coffee experience to the country. And currently, having a loyal community of coffee lovers, Bo’s Coffee is growing and now has 56 stores in the Philippines. And soon they will operate at Jupiter, Makati City.

Bo’s Coffee offers the high quality and just roasted freshness coffee beans since they are made locally.  So, imagined of having a cup of coffee that comes from newly-roasted coffee beans use for the hot or cold espresso beverages is really a satisfying and indulging sip. Bo’s Coffee also offers a variety of delectable freshly baked cakes and pastries. Furthermore, they have their own commissary for baking their cakes and pastries so that the mouthful taste would be preserve and from their commissary they will deliver the ordered cakes and pastries to the stores nationwide. They really guarantee freshness because they replenish cakes, pastries and sandwiches daily. Meanwhile, they also serve an all-day breakfast and pasta on some of their store.

Whatever your mood is, Bo’s Coffee is always there to give you an uplifting drinks whether it’s hot or cold. From the Classic Freeze they have Chocolate, Cookies & Cream, Green Tea, Strawberry, Vanilla and Mixed Berry. In addition, you can also enjoy the Froccino Primo that includes Caramelo, Chocalate Chips, Coffee Jelly, Espresso Crumble, Oreo and more.
Biscotti Amaretto
During the meet-up yesterday, we’ve tried the Biscotti Amaretto (Coffee + Biscotti). Not the usual drinks that I have tried on some of the coffee shop because Biscotti Amaretto is a blended coffee with Biscotti and Amaretto Syrup topped with whipped cream, dark chocolate drizzle and sprinkled with crushed biscotti.
Moist Chocolate Cake
Biscotti Amaretto paired with Moist Chocolate Cake, a fresh and moist chocolate cake that really compliments the drink.
Moist Chocolate Cake and Biscotti Amaretto
My verdict: The Biscotti Amaretto is really refreshing and I like how the Amaretto Syrup gives a very cossetting with a twist taste plus the Crushed Biscotti in every sip is really mouthful. The flavorful super moist and freshly-baked Moist Chocolate Cakes is awesome. It is super chocolate-y but not too sweet. I really like this two. And from now on, I am looking forward to visit and taste some of Bo’s Coffee’s offerings.

By the way, if you are conscious with your sugar intake Bo’s Coffee also serve sugar-free beverages and cakes. For more details you can visit their website at

It’s Saturday! What I missed during the good ol’days is going to the mall during weekend with P. Saturday is the day for us to catch up on everything about our lives. If we are not shopping, we are eating. Ha-ha. That’s how we date. Oftentimes, we just hang out on our favorite coffee shops like CBTL and Seattles Best to enjoy our favorite drinks and cheesecakes while having a good laugh on every story that we share. Or we are sipping our favorite Green Tea with Rock Salt and Cheese of Happy Lemon, that’s my normal life before attending blogger events. I am happy now that little by little, I am back to my normal life. And today, I have started again the normal routine. P and I went to SM Megamall because I need to pay my credit card bill and he will buy a battery for his Dad’s cam. After that we looked for a restaurant for us to pig out on a sumptuous food. We decided to eat at BonChon Chicken.

We’ve been eating at BonChon Chicken for several times but it was our first time to eat at BonChon Chicken SM Megamall branch because most of the time we dine at BonChon Ayala Triangle branch or BonChon Promenade, Greenhills branch. What we ordered were ChapChae, Kimchi and of course the BonChon Chicken. I love the BonChon chicken a lot. It was so flavorful so you don’t need to dip it on a sauce. Well, BonChon Chicken is known for that! Chapchae was my next favorite while P loves the Kimchi.

My verdict: The chicken was really tasty and according to P’s 7-yrs old nephew, the chicken was more delicious than the color red known fast food for kids (Jollibee). Meanwhile, I can even eat just the chicken alone. I will come back for sure to eat and taste other meals that they offer. As I see on their list of menus, they are offering new dishes. However, the service was too slow. It took almost 30mins to have our foods served but the staffs were so friendly though.

Yay! Another year older, another year wiser!
Well, birthdays are such a blessing, the blessing that we always look forward to. Meaning, I have been blessed with another year to be with my family, friends, acquaintances, soon-to-be friends, girlfriends, boyfriends, and best of all with my special loved ones. Birthday is a grateful time of the year for me because I am lucky to see and feel the world beyond its beauty once more. I am lucky to have a love and hate relationship with my loved ones. I am lucky to be somebody’s friend. I am lucky to be loved by someone special. And most of all, I am lucky to be an answer to my parents prayers. I love my life and I love and I thank God for loving me more.
Furthermore, I also celebrated my birthday with the beautiful people who became my friends as well in Mr. Kurosawa Restaurant at Eastwood. So, we feasted on the succulent dishes of Mr. Kurosawa. My goodness, this post is quite hard for me because I know at the end of this post, it will make me hungry and crave for these sumptuous meals.

And of course, having the best seller chocolate-y Godzilla.
Choco Godzilla | P138
Meanwhile, I just wanted to share Mr. Kurosawa cute, catchy and beautiful ceiling.
My verdict: The food was too good. The plate presentation itself already described how yummy the food is! I would highly recommend Mr. Kurosawa to all my friends and to all who wanted some comfort European and Japanese food to nosh up. Plus, the cozy and sophisticated ambiance adds a classy feeling. The service was great and the staffs were so friendly.

That's It! That's one of my month-long birthday celebration. 'Til next time.

One thing why I love to stay at home is because Mom cooks whatever we wanted to eat. And today, my lil’sis craves for yummy spaghetti (which is her favorite). And gotcha, Mom have it!
Top with grated Eden Easy Melt Cheese. Mom knows that I like my spaghetti to have lots of cheese, that’s why the overflowing of cheese can be seen on the picture.

How about you, do you love spaghetti, too?

And before I ended this short post I wanna say “Happy Easter Day!”
